How Hitori works
Hitori is a Japanese logic puzzle. Shade (black out) some cells so that no number appears more than once unshaded in any row or column, no two shaded cells touch edge to edge, and all unshaded cells stay connected as one group. Each puzzle has exactly one solution, reachable by pure logic.
